Project Description
Torti Gallas is working with a developer client on the rezoning and conversion of three 1980's office buildings into a vibrant mixed-use community along the Potomac River in Old Town Alexandria, VA. The new development, designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification, consists of condominium and rental apartment units, arts space, and retail/restaurant space. A new two-story building constructed on the ground level will contain retail and arts space. An existing below grade parking garage has been retained and will be used for utility space.
