Woodburn Exchange is an urban infill mixed-use community in the established East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH. The project covers two formerly vacant lots and helps complete the urban fabric in this historic area. With 15,000 sf of retail and including a corner outdoor dining patio, the project contributes to the vitality of the pedestrian experience along the Woodburn Avenue commercial street at the heart of the neighborhood. An internal pedestrian street with connecting bridge further breaks up the block and encourages walkability. Ground floor level units include direct exterior access and enliven the street with stoops and entrances. There are 322 residential units with wide variety of sizes, from Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3bedroom units. All units have excellent outdoor access with Juliet balconies, full size balconies, patios, or private roof decks. Residential amenities include an expansive lobby and club room with billiards area, bar area, and multiple meeting and work areas. There is a club level fitness room and resort style pool and outdoor patio in the main courtyard.‍
