Loudoun Station Phase II is the second phase of infill to the existing Loudoun Metro Station development located at the terminus of the Silver Line in Ashburn, Virginia. This highly amenitized, mixed-use project contributes additional residential, retail, and parking to complement the growing town center and replace two existing parking lots. The project includes 6 separate 5-story mixed-use buildings encompassing the east and west sides of the site. Additionally, the project includes the area’s first structured parking for residential use. The urban design establishes a strong retail street, provides critical pedestrian connections within the town center and to the future metro station, creates secondary residential mews streets within the development, and provides an outdoor linear park and amenity courtyard.
