TG+P Awarded Three 2022 Best in American Living™ Awards

TG+P receives 2022 Best in American Living™ Awards, presented as part of the National Association of Home Builder's (NAHB) annual International Builder's Show.

TG+P is the proud recipient of three 2022 Best in American Living™ Awards, presented as part of the National Association of Home Builder's (NAHB) annual International Builder's Show.

The Tribeca, a 13-story, 99-unit residential building in northeast Washington, D.C., won Gold in the Multifamily Development 8 Stories and Over, for Rent category.

The exterior fits the urban area, but has a rhythm to it. The balconies add lots of texture. The units feature clean, modern interiors, and the kitchens are rich. Frosted glass into the studio bedrooms is a nice touch to help bring in light as well.

One501 Eckington, a mixed-use development offering retail and rental apartments in northeast D.C., received Gold in the Multifamily Development 4-7 Stories, for Rent category.

The way that the project is broken it up—designing by block—makes it feel like evolved overtime. It also has a good relationship to the streetscape, which makes it feel contextual. The brick elements are really nice, and it has a good inclusion of art.

Church Hill North, a neighborhood revitalization that delivered 250 mixed-typology and mixed-income homes, a neighborhood center, a variety of park spaces, complete streets, and defined blocks on an almost 22-acre site in Richmond, VA, was recognized with Silver in the Multifamily, Affordable category.

The development did a great job creating walkable streetscapes—it feels like a neighborhood.
