Amenities include front and rear entrance lobbies, fitness room, yoga studio, sky lounge/club room, landscaped rooftop terraces, private terraces and a rain garden. This project is being designed to comply with applicable provisions of District of Columbia Green Construction Code and Energy Conservation Code and to earn not less than 35 points from Optional Criteria.
