This central, 105-acre site is in the heart of downtown Westminster and adjacent to a planned new station of Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD) train line. Key components of the plan include a seamless integration of a mix of retail, residential and office uses, a network of streets and public open spaces, multi-modal circulation and access to transit, urban design, development flexibility, and taking advantage of the fabulous views of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.
