Project Description

Located along the Route 7 Corridor of Loudoun County, Virginia, Lansdowne Village Greens combines the town planning concepts of traditional towns with the mixed-use program of today’s most successful commercial centers.  Its small, walkable blocks, variety of residential types, dense commercial program, and programmed open spaces provide all that is needed for residents to live, work and play.

Anchored by a 58,000 square foot grocery store, Lansdowne Village Greens is a wonderful amenity, not only for the local residents, but for the entire region.  In-line shops flank a pedestrian-friendly Main Street with generous sidewalks and outdoor cafes.  The Promenade links the nearby neighborhoods  with live-work townhomes and apartments with ground floor retail space.  These two mixed-use streets converge on a central plaza that is the locus of the public life of the town.

Lansdowne Village Greens features several small public squares and a mix of housing types.  These intimate open spaces create local neighborhood centers where neighbors can interact and families can grow.  A variety of residential types, ranging from four-story apartments to single family homes, front onto these public spaces, creating a diverse and community-oriented neighborhood.
