Torti Gallas is working with Village Partners on the design and development of this new transit oriented development in Montclair, CA. This urbane 350-unit, mixed-use development will serve as a catalyst for transformation of the neighborhood by providing a walkable transit village featuring housing, retail, and public spaces on the ground floor. Designed as an urban village, with a town square and direct access to the transit center, the unique downtown environment is envisioned as a platform for social interactions, activities, and connections.
This new transit-oriented multifamily development is just steps from the Montclair TransCenter, which currently hosts the Metrolink. This will be the final stop on the future Metro Gold Line, providing current and expanded future access to Los Angeles, Pasadena, and the Inland Empire. The Village at Montclair is a four-story, mid-rise project and includes a free-standing garage. Amenities also include a pool, spa, co-working suites, clubhouse, parcel lockers, rooftop deck, and a fitness facility.
