Torti Gallas was honored to attend the groundbreaking for Viva White Oak this week in Montgomery County, MD!

Speakers including Governor Larry Hogan, U.S. Senator Barbara A. Mikulski, Congressman John Sarbanes, Senator Chris Van Hollen, Senator Ben Cardin, and County Executive Ike Leggett were on hand to celebrate this important milestone for Montgomery County.

The 300-acre site, being developed by Percontee Inc, will become a Life Sciences Mixed-Use Village with 4,400 new residential units, 1.9 Million SF of office/retail/commercial, 2.2 Million SF of research and development space, 2 Million SF of educational/academic uses, and .9 Million SF of medical/clinical uses.
