Two Torti Gallas projects have received Gold Awards in the 2019 Professional Builder Design Awards!
The Residences at Hayes in Northeast Washington, DC provides 150 new residential units in a mix of affordable and replacement public housing for the Lincoln Heights and Richardson Dwellings communities. Community amenities include a gym, garden, playground, patio and game room. The development is part of Washington, DC’s New Communities Initiative to make more affordable housing available to low-income residents in the District.
10Eleven brings new vitality to the once blighted corner of 11th and M Streets in the Mt. Vernon Square neighborhood of Washington, DC. This small infill, mixed-use project replaced an existing parking lot. Located blocks from the DC Convention Center Metro station the new building has 71 condominium units, 4,000 sf of retail, below grade parking, and supports a multi-modal, urban lifestyle.
