Torti Gallas Seeks Consultants for Port Covington Project

Torti Gallas seeks professional consultants for the design of a Mixed-use Building and garage at Port Covington.

Torti Gallas + Partners is seeking qualified engineering and consulting firms to provide services for an approximately 170-unit mixed-income residential building with ground floor retail (the “Project”). The project will also have an approximately 1,200 space precast concrete parking garage. The Project will be one of the first vertical developments in Chapter 1B of the Port Covington Development.

The successful Respondent for the Project shall sufficiently demonstrate significant experience with mixed-income residential, a capacity to meet an accelerated schedule, and provide specific elements of design services.

Specifically, Respondents should submit their relevant qualifications for providing:

• Structural Engineering

• Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering

• Landscape Architecture

• Interior Design

• Accessibility Consulting Services

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (included as Exhibit B in RFQ) must be completed and submitted along with your RFQ response.

Please submit your qualification statement and required forms electronically no later than 8:00 PM, January 31, 2019.
