Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of The Bartlett in Arlington, Virginia. This Torti Gallas designed project was developed by Vornado and includes 699 residential units, a Whole Foods grocery and smaller scale ground floor retail. 

The Bartlett has transformed an industrial area of warehouse buildings into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood surrounding a grand central park. Occupying a full city block, The Bartlett is a signature piece of the larger Metropolitan Park development. 

The residential portion of the building provides high-end apartment living with a wide variety of amenities. In addition to multiple levels of green roof areas and terraces, the building features a large tranquil courtyard of over 12,000 sf. Active amenity spaces include a large fitness center and 2 levels of large rooftop terraces, each with party rooms adjacent to the terrace space.
