Torti Gallas was proud to celebrate the recent opening of Park Van Ness in Washington, DC. Developed by Saul Centers, the new 271-unit apartment building has revitalized a bleak portion of Washington, DC’s Connecticut Avenue, replacing a midgrade commercial building with a vibrant mixed use development.
The building massing has been sculpted to reveal a view from the new landscaped courtyard out to Rock Creek Park behind the building.
