Alice Griffith Redevelopment Celebrates Grand Opening!!

We had the great pleasure of attending the grand opening and ribbon cutting of our Alice Griffith redevelopment in San Francisco, CA this week! San Francisco Mayor London Breed and Rep. Nancy Pelosi were among the speakers at this important milestone for the Mayor's HOPE SF Initiative to renovate and rebuild San Francisco's public housing.

Torti Gallas' Los Angeles office worked with McCormack Baron Companies to design the new housing which includes a mix of public housing, replacement tax credit market rate apartments, and townhomes with community facilities, a community garden, tot lots, green space, and on-site parking.
