Project Description
The Residences at the Greene is the centerpiece of The Greene Town Center, an 800,000 SF urban core for rapidly growing Greene County, Ohio. One of the first of its kind in the country, The Greene offers 170 luxury residences at the heart of a Lifestyle Center retail program, inherently providing urban authenticity to the environment, and synergy to the retail engine. The mix of uses provide round-the-clock activity to the project, and the appealing range of residential unit types and price points allow people at a variety of stages in life to enjoy the benefits of living in a downtown environment.
