One of the most significant natural features on the island is water – be that the ocean, the sound, or a canal. The plan has been crafted to increase neighborhood access, views, and perception of the water that surrounds the site. The plan incudes waterfront lots, water view lots, and interior lots, several of which are “park-front”.
A diversity of lot/house types are provided to offer a varied lifestyle, meet market needs, and increase absorption rates. It is proposed that 60% of the units in this initial phase be an attached residential building type and that 40% be of a detached residential building type.
