The design prioritized integration into the fine scaled urban fabric of the neighborhood, as well as a complementary co-existence with the Church and its senior living facility. The site plan allowed for the preservation of the existing Christ Church Plaza as well as the inclusion of two linked amenity-lined courtyards within the building’s footprint. The building is divided into two distinct architectural identities in order to optimize the proportions between block size, height, and urban increment.
