Charles Coleman

"My role as specifier in the firm requires that I spend time on each of the projects that we anticipate will go into construction.  Participating in the process as projects  evolve from drawing to building form is both challenging and exhilarating."

Mr. Coleman’s responsibilities at Torti Gallas include preparation of specifications, management and monitoring of day-to-day progress of multiple projects from the beginning of Conceptual Design through the completion of construction, and support of technical and construction phase services.  In his role as the firm’s Specifier, he is integral to the support of ongoing Architectural Construction Phase Services efforts, field observation services, submittal review, and evaluation of substitution requests.  His 35+ years of experience with the firm is vital in maintaining the firm’s standard of excellence through ongoing maintenance and monitoring of its QA/QC and professional development standards.

Mr. Coleman graduated from Clemson University in 1977 and is a Registered Architect in the State of Maryland.
