Mr. Guzman has more than 30 years of experience in the field of architecture, during which time he has been involved in a variety of project types, including residential, commercial and senior living. As a Project Manager at Torti Gallas, Mr. Guzman is responsible for the development of construction documents, coordination of engineering documents and specification, the supervision of construction document teams and construction phase services. In his role as Director of BIM Implementation, Mr. Guzman works with project teams to develop a project’s design strategy, oversees and monitors every stage of drawing development, and takes part in team progress meetings with clients and consultants.
