OFFICES
Senior Architect with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction phase services of multi-family, retail, and mixed-use projects. Experience in wood, concrete, and podium construction is required. Responsibilities will include submittal and RFI review, field observations and reports, document-controlled management of design consultants. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in the use of Newforma, Bluebeam, Revit, and Microsoft software. Duties also include working with project teams in the update and revision of Construction Documents.
This is a full-time position in our exceptional and creative office in Tampa, FL with the possibility of travel within the continental United States.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited University is required.
