Cheryl A. O'Neill

One of our best measures of success, is when something we make – whether it be a building, a block or a neighborhood -- looks like it has always been there.

Ms. O’Neill is a Principal and Urban Designer at Torti Gallas where she directs the design and planning of both large and small-scale communities, and challenging, urban architectural projects. Over more than 35 years of practice, she has gained extensive experience in the development of design solutions, community, client and planning agency review presentations, and the supervision and evaluation of in-house design teams. She has served as Adjunct Faculty at both The Catholic University of America and the University of Maryland at College Park.

Ms. O’Neill received a Bachelor degree in Architecture and studied Urban Design under Colin Rowe at Cornell University. She is a Certified Planner.
