The Traditional Neighborhood Design of Patrick Square includes a walkable, pedestrian-friendly environment featuring a Neighborhood Green and “Main Street”. The Neighborhood Green is modeled on the green of an important and seminal town in the area. The community design preserves and enhances the natural environment in key locations; in total, there are approximately 67-acres of open space situated throughout the neighborhood.

The commercial program is such that immediate daily needs are accommodated within walking distance of the homes. The diverse housing program includes home types that accommodate starter homes, move up homes, and aging in place; condominium apartments, attached homes,  master down cottage homes, single family houses, estate homes, and an assisted living facility are all  located in the neighborhood.
