Phase 1 is a two-building proposal for 400 units on two acres; Phase 2 is an additional 350 units on approximately 3 acres; 1.5 acres of which will remain wooded open space. The urban design was very carefully crafted in conjunction with the immediate neighbors, a senior apartment facility adjacent to Phase 1 and the Bill Crothers Secondary School adjacent to Phase 2. The negotiated design solution with heralded by City Staff and Council as a model for a successful concept design process.
