1900 Crystal Drive is part of the urban revitalization of Crystal City. The site consists of two mixed-use contemporary high rise residential towers with a retail base and extensive amenity space.
Situated across from Reagan National Airport, The Grace is a 26-story tower featuring a cascading design with 347 residential units. Reva, the adjacent 27-story curved tower, contains 414 residential units. An existing underground parking garage will be reconfigured to accommodate over 600 spaces for the new buildings. Other features on site include a terrace level pool, and renovation of the existing center park.
Services include entitlement of the buildings through Arlington County’s 4.1 Process and full architectural services. The buildings are being designed by Cook Fox and the Torti Gallas team.
